ON INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY : The first known record of meditation and yoga meditation as disciplines dates back more than10,000 years. Both yoga and meditation practices original in all over India; we know this because both yoga and meditation are mentioned in some very old texts which are known as the Vedas .
the physical practice of yoga and meditation are regularly engaged in by more than 600 million people globally. On International Yoga Day : We enjoyed doing yoga with a breach of protocol. The physical aspect of yoga and meditation can be combined with controlled of breathing (inhale and exhale). While doing yoga keep your eyes closed to focus attention on your breathing can be a very powerful tool for your health as well as mental health. You can believe this when you do yoga yourself and enjoyed the most if you missed yoga than you feel that you have missed like your meal.

MEDITATION :
Improve your concentration (focus) gives you positive effect on your body and mindfulness. Chanting of “AUM”|”OM” with deep breath (Pranayama practice) calms your mind and make you feel full day energetic.
